and Qualifications
Applicants must have a verifiable monthly income of at least 2.5 times the rent, a clean rental history, and a credit score of 620 or higher. Each adult (18+) must submit a complete application with a $50 fee, proof of income, and ID, with processing taking 3-5 business days.

Application and Processing

Application Fee: $50 (non-refundable) per adult applicant (18+).

Each adult must submit a separate and fully completed application. Applications with blank fields will not be processed.

Proof of income must be submitted with the application. Incomplete applications or those without proof of income will not be processed.

A valid photo ID and Social Security card are required for verification.

The application process typically takes 3-5 business days, but may take longer depending on verification times and owner response. Applicants will be notified immediately upon approval or denial.
